By using any of the MyBestPanel services ("Services"), you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Membership

To use the Service, you must:

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. MyBestPanel is not liable for unauthorized access to your account. If you become aware of unauthorized access, you must immediately change your password and notify us.

Account Ownership

  • You may transfer your account to another person by notifying us and updating the account information. After the transfer, you will no longer have any rights to that account.
  • In the event of an ownership dispute, MyBestPanel reserves the right to determine the lawful account owner to the best of its knowledge and ability. If ownership cannot be determined, the account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved. Any outstanding payments remain the responsibility of the recognized account owner.

Payments

Payment Terms

  • All Services are provided on a prepaid basis and begin only after full payment has been received.
  • No credits are issued for unused or incomplete Services.
  • MyBestPanel does not provide partial or full refunds, including in cases where Services are suspended or terminated before the end of the service period.

Billing Information

You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and ensuring timely payment before each service period.

Fraud Prevention

Any misuse or fraudulent use of credit cards, debit cards, electronic fund transfers, electronic checks, or any other payment method is strictly prohibited. MyBestPanel may report suspected fraudulent activity to law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, credit reporting agencies, and payment providers.

Pricing

MyBestPanel reserves the right to change pricing, plans, and service conditions at any time without additional notice. Updated pricing will be published on the website.

Online Payment Security

Any personal information you provide, including your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information, will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed except as required by law or necessary to process payments.

General Terms

MyBestPanel reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate the Service at any time.
  • Immediately terminate accounts of users who engage in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward MyBestPanel staff.
  • Remove any content that is considered illegal, offensive, threatening, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.
  • Decline responsibility for content uploaded by customers. Any claims regarding such content should be directed to the customer responsible.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal purposes or outside their intended use.
  • Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Abuse or exploit the system in any way.
  • Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or unauthorized promotional materials.
  • Create fake orders or manipulate the system.
  • Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or interfaces not provided by MyBestPanel to access the Services or extract data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." MyBestPanel makes no express, implied, or statutory warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free. You are solely responsible for determining whether the Services meet your needs. MyBestPanel is not responsible for the operation or availability of third-party servers or services.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall MyBestPanel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue;
  • Loss of business opportunities or goodwill;
  • Loss of data;
  • Service interruptions;
  • Computer failures;
  • Any other economic or intangible losses.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory involved, even if MyBestPanel has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole and exclusive remedy if you are dissatisfied with the Services is to discontinue using them.

MyBestPanel respects intellectual property rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, users may not upload or distribute content that infringes the copyrights of others.

MyBestPanel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright laws.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and MyBestPanel regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
