Terms of Service

By using any of the services provided by MyBestPanel ("Services"), you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). MyBestPanel (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. We recommend that you periodically review the Terms: continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with the Terms, please refrain from using the Services.

Membership

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.

  • Registration. Full access requires registration with accurate and complete information: your name, password, and email address. You may not use another person's name or any designation that infringes upon the rights of third parties.
  • Electronic Communications. Email will be the primary means of communication between you and us. You agree to receive notifications regarding system updates, releases, account status, etc. We recommend reading our emails to stay informed. We are not liable if you fail to receive information due to unread messages.
  • Account Security. You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. MyBestPanel is not liable for unauthorized access to your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, you must change your password and notify us immediately.

Account Ownership

  • You may transfer your account to a third party by notifying us and updating your details. Upon transfer, you forfeit all rights to the respective account.
  • In the event of a dispute over account ownership, MyBestPanel reserves the right—within the limits of its knowledge and capabilities—to determine the legitimate account holder. If we cannot identify the rightful owner, we may suspend the account until the disputing parties reach a resolution. Any outstanding fees must be paid by the individual(s) recognized as the legitimate owner(s).

Payments and Payment Information

  • Payment. All Services are provided on a prepaid basis and commence only after full payment is received. No credits are issued for unrendered services. MyBestPanel does not issue partial or full refunds, including in cases where your services are suspended or terminated before the end of the service period.
  • Prepayment. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information and ensuring timely payment. Payment must be made in advance of the service period.
  • Fraud. Improper or fraudulent use of credit cards, payment cards, electronic fund transfers, e-checks, or any other payment method constitutes a breach of these Terms. MyBestPanel may report any such misuse or fraudulent activity—as determined at our sole discretion—to government authorities, law enforcement agencies, credit reporting services, financial institutions, and/or credit card issuers.
  • Price and Plan Changes. MyBestPanel may change pricing and tariff terms at any time without additional notice. Current updates will be published in the relevant sections of the website.

Online Payment Security

Personal information you provide (your name, address, phone number, email address, credit or debit card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed.

Miscellaneous Provisions

  • We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time.
  • Any verbal or written abuse directed at MyBestPanel representatives will result in immediate account termination.
  • At our sole discretion, we may remove content deemed unlawful, offensive, threatening, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
  • We bear no responsibility for content uploaded by our customers. All claims must be addressed directly to the respective customers.

Prohibited Activities

In addition to other restrictions outlined in these Terms, you agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes or outside their intended scope;
  • Publish content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, indecent, or infringes upon any intellectual property rights;
  • Exploit or abuse the system in any manner;
  • Send unsolicited advertising, spam, or any unauthorized promotional materials;
  • Create fake orders to deceive the system;
  • Use any automated tools or interfaces not provided by us to access the Services or extract data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We make no express, implied, or statutory warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. MyBestPanel does not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or operate uninterrupted or error-free. You are solely responsible for selecting the Service to achieve your objectives. MyBestPanel is not responsible for the performance of third-party servers. This disclaimer is an integral part of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances and under no legal theory (tort, breach of contract, warranty, etc.) shall MyBestPanel be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, business interruption, computer failure, loss of revenue/profit/business reputation/data/usage rights, or other intangible or economic losses—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue their use.

MyBestPanel respects intellectual property rights. Pursuant to the DMCA and other applicable laws, uploading content that infringes the copyrights of third parties is prohibited. Under appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we may terminate accounts repeatedly found in violation.

This document constitutes the entire and exclusive agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
